All calculations related to the number of convolutions, dimensions, fatigue life cycle, stress analysis, weight assessments, movement calculations, tie-rod specifications, sleeve and shroud dimensions, end pipe lengths, and vibration analysis are performed automatically. Following these computations, SPULLOWS produces detailed manufacturing drawings in ACAD or other 2D drafting programs, which include the bellows design, assembly diagrams, and individual part drawings, alongside a Bill of Materials (BOM), applicable standards, schedules, a 3D model, and a cost estimation sheet. The generation of all these outputs is achieved effortlessly with a single click. The software offers a variety of standard materials commonly used in bellows manufacturing, such as stainless steel, mild steel, and Inconel, among others. Additionally, users have the flexibility to introduce new materials into the system by accessing the Admin interface and entering the relevant information. This feature ensures that the software remains adaptable to specific project needs or preferences.
